job responsibilities include : 1. Discuss user requirements with Business User (BU)2. Carry out impact analysis (IA)3. Propose solutions with high level design 4. Prepare Statement Of Work 5. Detailed design6. Lead team of programmers to implement the solutions7. Co-ordinate with SIT/Support/Infra teams to test and deploy the solution8. Co-ordinate with vendors, if required, to design/deploy a solution9. Provide Support to various Enabling platforms and Products/Services 9.1. Diagnose and document the problem 9.2 Resolve the problem within SLA 9.3 If deep technical support is required, take ownership to co-ordinate with vendors to resolve the problem
