Current• Working on the technical requirements of Contract / Permanent positions for International Market ( UK / Europe ).• Screening the candidates based on the comm. Skills, mandatory skill specified by the client and the salary/rate criteria.• Usage of a Recruitment Management System [RMS], for the interaction with Accounts Manager, Client regarding the requirements, status, queries, feedback & closures.• Coordinating with the technical and business development team for the approval of the candidate and once approved, fixing of the interview for the candidate.• Looking after the final process from Interview till joining the clients• Campus hiring for internal recruitment.• Using various free job portals.
