- Taught a 5-week course of Marine Biology, and reprised duties as a pastoral teacher and past duties being accountable for graduation ceremony- Was appointed as Department Head (DH) of Social Sciences, guided 6 teachers and mentored a future teacher. Was responsible for the department’s submissions of lesson plans, curriculum and lesson presentation- Worked with Dean of Faculty and other DHs to solve staff issues and improve staff mental health- Facilitated weekly department meetings to create a positive and collaborative working environment. Observed lessons and provide feedback on teaching techniques, how to prepare and teach a class and how to use classroom management techniques- Planned and facilitated workshops during teacher training, aimed at helping new teachers learn essential classroom management skills- Mentored a future teacher throughout the summer. Trained him in all stages of teaching, and helped him create his lessons and curriculum, going beyond the scope of the job, to make sure he was ready to gain hands-on teaching experience before the end of the course

-Taught a 5-week course in Animal Sciences, to two classes. Reprised my role as a pastoral teacher-Appointed as Committee Head of Maths and Sciences, in charge of planning and executing one of the 5 main events for the summer. Lead a team of 5 teachers to plan and execute the talent show event, facilitating the different tasks that had to be completed. Was in charge of creating deadlines for certain tasks, to ensure the event would go smoothly. Responsible for holding full staff meetings to discuss the event, and what was required of the students, teachers and admin. -In charge of writing scripts for the daily production, that promoted our events.-Was appointed to run the graduation ceremony, which is open to friends, family and sponsors of the organisation. Wrote the script for the MCs, and was responsible for shortlisting the candidates, and getting them ready for the event. Was also in charge of the scheduling of the whole event, stage directions, prop placement, lighting cues, and timing.

The database of 1500 candidates had to be sorted in various categories based on their skills and experience, using keywords and at times following up with a personalised conversation to capture additional information.-Updated the companies resume database, to match the candidate database

-Taught Animal Sciences to two classes over 5 weeks. The classes consisted of 6-8 students who were from low socio-economic background and were unable to afford an English education. The summer course aimed to improve their English skills while teaching the curriculum designed by teachers-Formulated said curriculum, covering several main parts of animal sciences, the 5 weeks of teaching culminated in a final project -In addition to academics, assisted in building life skills such as teamwork and confidence, as a pastoral teacher-Was an instrumental part of the team in charge of planning and executing the talent show event. Was in charge of shortlisting and training the student MCs for the show. Wrote the script for a 2-hour show for students where English was their second language-Was in charge of decorations for the end of the year graduation ceremony, tasked with designing the decorations for the whole school
