I had the opportunity to join Capgemini’s salesforce team. A talented team full of enthusiastic and fun individuals. It provided me with business knowledge as well as Salesforce knowledge. I was deputed into a world leading mobility company where I was placed as a Product Owner. Here I learned the art behind Scrum and Agile method of working. Understanding the product (backlog) to meet market expectations as well as business expectations taught me a lot. The experience I gained in working with diverse set of international teams added more value to my communication skills. My main tasks here were: - Providing support and implementation in the roll out of online retail projects per European market- Working with different Scrum teams to manage the product backlog - Establishing a process flow and mapping out user needs in terms of business requirements along with different UX/UI designers, BA etc. - Master of Scrum artifacts – Scrum planning, review, retrospective…- Working with Jira and Jira Align for myself and my team to ensure all guidelines are being upheld for the quarterly P.I meetings
