Reducing the accident rates & to create safe work environment in the plant.Dispatching order.Material handling.Extruding 0.2mm wall thickness MICROTUBES in VIKAS ALTECH PVT LTD(VIKAS GROUP) like 12mm,15mm,16mm,25mm width & thickness with different holes.METALISATION of ZINC coating percentage parameters setting for the different MICROTUBES.Knowledge of COOLING BOOTH with HOT WATER temperature,Air pressure,Water level setting.EDDY CURRENT TESTING M/C & cal-liberating ECT COILS.Knowledge of DRYING BOOTH temperature.Knowledge of WINDERS with winding angle,gap distance,Bobbins distance setting.Basic Knowledge of PFC cutting m/c like width,thickness,end forming, tube flatness.Knowledge of packing quality micro-tubes.Maintaining Deviation Request for NG rolls.Maintaining all extrusion related reports.Maintaining 5S,MSA activities in shop floor on daily basis.
