- Work alongside the Technical Director to develop and implement a performance analysis programme at the club.- Work closely with the coaching staff and deliver feedback and insight through training and game analysis. - Analyse opposition to come up with plays and the best tactics; identify weak links and player tendencies.- Create strategies and provide support to ensure team success for the season.- Plan and schedule training sessions for the team according to the principles of periodization, progressive overload and tapering.

- Assist and overlook the day to day operations of the GoFootball competitions and Senior Men’s Futsal League organised by the club through Football Victoria. - Setting up and packing up the fields on matchday- goals, corner flags, benches for the teams etc. - Ensuring security of the facility. - Ensuring that the games run according to schedule, coordinate the multiple games at the various allocated grounds and handle any delays.- Address parent issues and complaints. - Ensure that COVID-19 norms were followed by all present at the facility. - Managing the referees, clubs and academies at the venue and acting as a resource for them. -Communicate and coordinate with stakeholders such as Football Victoria and Boroondara Council.- Monitor and report on revenue and cashflow.Key achievement- Successfully running the biggest GoSevens League organized comprising over 100 teams over the period of two months immediately post the second lockdown (Nov-Dec).
