As a System Administrator, my primary responsibilities encompass a wide range of crucial tasks to ensure the smooth operation and security of our organization's IT infrastructure. Some of my key duties include:Pushing endpoint security patches to all Windows endpoints utilizing a centralized SCCM tool, bolstering the overall security posture of our systems.Collaborating closely with the Network and Server teams to promptly resolve high-priority incidents and support calls, maintaining the stability of our infrastructure.Generating daily reports, tracking trends, and providing notifications and security advisories for our customer devices, ensuring transparency and proactive security measures.Overseeing the deployment of endpoint security applications across the entire organizational environment, safeguarding our network from potential threats.Managing the installation of patches, various applications, and service pack deployment, with the capability to perform tasks like ghosting using Hiren Boot software. Additionally, I handle the installation and management of Symantec Antivirus, regularly updating Antivirus DATs to keep our systems protected.Proficiently troubleshooting domain-related issues and implementing logon scripts, swiftly identifying and resolving any potential hiccups that may affect user productivity.Collaborating with remote control support to assist branch users in accessing various applications and providing a seamless IT experience.Effectively delivering, installing, and setting up standalone PCs while maintaining a proactive approach in resolving high-priority incidents and support calls.Managing Druva Insync Cloud data backup application, ensuring the integrity and availability of critical organizational data.In this role, I play a vital part in the overall health and functionality of our IT systems, with a focus on security, support, and efficient management.
