Presently Working as a DCS Engineer in Super Smelter Limited in Operation department in Thermal power plant of 88 MW capacity consisting of 110 Tph CFBC Boiler and 35 Tph Afbc boiler - I have worked in O and M solutions pvt limited for Aditya birla group in Power and energy sector of 900 MW (150*6) Capacity with Pulverized Coal-fired boiler of 510TPH from March 2017 to December 2021 in sambalpur,odisha. I have been exposed to various DCS operation, maintenance schedules, protection schemes for the overall thermal power plant.- Previously worked as Safety Officer in Interarch Building Products pvt limited from June 2015 to June 2016.Responsibilities - To Prepare Unit start-up ,Normal operation and emergencies handling of unit- Have Good Knowledge of DCS and Proper operating Procedure and Established Parameters- Proper knowledge of safety requirements and standard procedure in power plant- Having Knowledge of Hot,Warm and Cold startup and steam turbine rolling.- Maintain export and import of power flow to maintain the unit load- Emergency handling of unit during islanding situation and Blackout.- Clear idea of TG Heat rate, Station Heat rate and GCV of coal and specific steam consumption- Monitoring DCS Parameters and performing change over of standby equipment in order to maintain reilabiltyof the equipment- Monitor strict implementation of plant safety protective Tagging system to ensure safe and efficient operation- Efficiency and monitoring of Plant- Clear idea of TG Heat rate, GCV of coal,specific steam consumption, loss of unburnt fuel, Opacity,sox and nox emissions.Skills- Technical knowledge about the equipment - Team work - Handling emergency situation - Identify issues, analyze problems and provide solutions
