The enterprise generates annual revenues of over US $7 billion with more than 110,000 employees from 100 nationalities operating across 31 countries, including over 500 points of presence in India.My roles and responsibilities here include:• Handling talent acquisition and business development related activities and other duties with highest integrity in terms of work, performance, company policies and target assigned to us on time to time.• Responsible for entire gamut of recruitment process from understanding the requisition needs, sourcing, screening, arranging Technical & Management panels for scheduling interviews, ensuring the fitment of the selected candidates within the budget and getting the necessary approvals in case of any exceptional cases till the on-boarding of the candidate.. • Responsible for direct sourcing along with managing the vendors for all requirements.• Focusing on retaining of existing vendors and building relationships with new vendors.• Ensure good ratio of placement on number of submissions.• Brief candidates about client, project requirements and compensation package. • Preparing weekly/monthly report and presenting it to the team. • Resume Search from different available Job Boards, databases, referrals, and social networking.• Maintaining database regularly in proper excel sheets and constant follow ups with the candidates.
