● Handling a CRM team of 9 people. Conducting weekly meetings andcreating business reports on a weekly and monthly basis.● Responsible for handling issues, assigning rights related to our ownERP across India. Communicate the same to the IT team and get theissue resolved when necessary.● Designing flow charts of the operations and processes, creating FlowManagement Systems (FMS) and Management Information Systems(MIS) for the same.● Managing Organizational Training data and generating MIS for allemployees on a quarterly basis.● Staying up-to-date on the latest process and IT advancements toautomate and modernize systems.● Handling Haloocom software used by Customer RelationshipManagement team.● Conducting Team Performance Review meetings weekly withstakeholders.
