Design & development of food court and leasing of F&B spaces at a 4 MM SF IT SEZ in Chennai (Gateway Office Parks)

As Asset Manager for The Waverly Hotel & Residences, VR Bengaluru, that combines experiential stay with multiple themed F&B outlets and unique event spaces, I was closely involved in both the development and launch phases of the property. Post launch, for over 6 months during the stabilization phase, I also acted as the Business Manager for the property, directly responsible for all hotel and restaurant operations, while supervising a team of over 100 people.

As a member of the launch team at VR Surat, Virtuous Retail's first flagship community centric lifestyle center, I helped set-up and launch various F&B formats such as Foodbox (20-kitchen self-branded and operated food court) and the StrEAT (heritage inspired outdoor QSR outlets and kiosks).

Helped in strategy and yield management of F&B outlets and banqutes at luxury boutique hotels in Udaipur & Jaipur

Worked as a Restaurant and Banquet Manager with Taj Westend Bangalore and Taj Banjara Hyderabad. Began my career as a Hotel Operational Management Trainee with Taj Hotels in Delhi and Bhutan.
