While promoting and practicing SAFE Agile methodoligies I have lead and supported numerous SCRUM teams concurrently.My mission, as a leader, is to enable the collaboration and communication between software development teams, product owners, and business stakeholders to guarantee quality IT solutions. In my past roles I have gained experience with leading daily Scrum ceremonies, backlog management, Inspect & Adapt events, Retrospectives, monitor and report progress, and resolve any impediments. I have participated in all elements of the SAFE Agile life cycle from PI planning events to individual Scrum ceremonies. In my most recent experience, I have had the opportunity broaden my skillset by serving as a Technical Business Analyst. In this position, I contributed to every step of the Business Analyst life cycle which included initiating the project, gathering & analyzing requirements, defining & implementing solutions, closing the project, and providing maintenance as needed.
