Key Responsibilities1. Working with product management teams to understand program requirements and jointly develop a solution which solves a larger business problem2. Develop team goals and metrics that allow for accurate measurement and traction towards solving a business problem, achieve buy-in from a broad spectrum of stakeholders and actively report progress on the goals3. Continuously perform data based analysis to identify process issues and report key insights, subsequently building data backed business cases and ROI 4. Develop and maintain key relationships with internal stakeholders locally and around the worldOwn, help set up and scale new operations’ programs, defining processes, KPI, goals, governance and reporting5. Lead the program management of multifunctional BB Cloud Professional Services projects covering program planning, delivery assurance, verification, tracking and reporting, risk, and mitigation planning.6. Manage the risks, issues, and actions for the Programs and track them to meet the expected outcomes and timelines, by building mitigation plans as the program evolves.7. Manage the delivery quality of the partner teams and resources.8. Organize multiple project requirements into goals and objectives, and break down projects/processes into sub-projects and sub-processes that could be executed by other teams or partners.

Managed the overall strategy for the company - GTM with the website launch, Service offerings and pricing, Segmentation-Targeting-Positioning, Setting up processes for Sales team and enabling the Sales team, Mapping the customer journeys with the onboarding touchpoints making the steps clear and accountable.Managed (Strategy, P&L) for 7 accounts of different sizes (<10Lacs Revenue; 10-25 Lacs & >25 lacs Revenue

Administered the project scope, effort estimation, project planning, work allocation and tracking of the work using JIRA.Put comprehensive Governance structure in place, determine cadence and keep ensure that the progress of Product development is meeting all agreed timelines.Worked closely with Development team to implement a product backlog and managed the technical program.Managed product feedback, including enhancements and reported bugs - conducted Backlog grooming sessions and Sprint planning discussions.Assessed market competitiveness of the product against changing competitive landscape as well as market expectations/ needs.Worked closely with the Product delivery vendors to deliver the product against planned road-map.
