Delivery- I am responsible for end to end project delivery for all the clients who approach CII to fulfil their Leadership Hiring needs. I also actively participate in Business Development initiatives, which include Sales, Negotiations, and Client Advisory spaces. A synopsis of my past project are- - Hired a Portfolio Director for a charitable trust working in the domains of Livelihoods, Animal Welfare and Health.- Hired a Talent Acquisition and Organisational Development Lead for a systems transformation organisation working with governments to improve school education system in India in low income communities.- Hired a VP for Program Design for a non-profit working in the youth skilling space.2. Website Rebuild: I re-designed Careers In Impact's marketing website that reflected its new brand personality. Led the research and design strategy. Directed and collaborated with external tech-team to execute the development process and build a responsive digital experience.

Curated a Podcast channel with the Alumni community and network partners of Teach For India. This platform was to highlight ideas, experiences and insights, thought leaders and change makers wish to share with the rest of the world.

I worked on 3 projects in the National Alumni Team at Teach For India. 1. Career Services- This project involves managing and running an extensive 6-month long training and placement cycle where we engage with over 250 organizations across the country in helping them find the right hire. The project work streams include pre-placement training, hosting employer outreach webinars, developing our in-house career portal with the Technology Team and coordinating the entire placement cycle. 2. InnovatED- InnovatED is our in-house incubation cell for ed-entrepreneurs from our Alumni network. The 9-month long program includes access to ecosystem partners, personal one-to-one OD and Leadership coaching, attend a series of boot camps and access to a monthly stipend. 3. TFI Connect- In an effort to drive robust connection building, effective information management, and create spaces for collaboration, we introduced TFI Connect, our digital community platform for Alums, Staff, Fellows, and members from the external community. The workstream involves designing campaigns to drive traffic in the platform, manage backend operations, curate learning content, facilitate mentoring programs and manage a jobs sharing and application board.

Padrea is a management consulting company and a service aggregator with an aim to build and grow startups and SME's. 1. Lead operations of CSR under the name of Dor Initiative working towards sanitation and menstruation. 2. Undertook extensive field research in marginalized communities to understand the sanitation landscape. 3. Lead a team of 7 individuals.

AIESEC is a global leadership development and international student exchange organisation.1. Head and CEO (Contractual) of AIESEC in Kolkata. Lead an organisation with over 100 students.2.
