Build and maintain affiliate relationships in order to understand their needs and business priorities.2. Provide excellent service to maintain existing affiliates and acquire new affiliates.3. Analyze current and past publisher recruiting efforts to help determine new recruitment strategies.4. Track and report on affiliate performance5. Manage a portfolio of Publisher accounts and be responsible for publisher activation and overall revenue growth.6. Maintain open communication with all affiliates on the day-to- day issues.7. Prepare daily, weekly and monthly performance reports and deliver them to management.
