An engineer from Delhi Institute of Technology & MBA from XLRI Jamshedpur, I now run my own company, The Healthspan Co. that aims to provide the right nutrition to people in their 30s and 40s, so that they can continue to live life on their own terms in their 50s and 60s. Previously, I lead Sales and Marketing for Glanbia Performance Nutrition across South Asia. At Glanbia, I lead a team of Commercial Leaders, Marketing Managers, Customer marketing managers and consumers insights team to deliver a delightful experience to consumers in every step of their fitness journey. Framing the long term brand building strategy, portfolio and innovation planning, developing communication & media planning, unearthing consumer insights backed by deep consumer & category understanding and coaching future sales and marketing leaders are some of the key areas of my work at GPN. Prior to this assignment, I was leading the Private Brands business for Hardlines Categories at Amazon, India. My responsibilities included development and launch of multiple categories and delivering on the business metrics on these through product, pricing, quality management, optimum stock planning & digital marketing strategies . I was leading a team of category marketing managers & product development managers to manage a team of over hundred suppliers.Prior to Amazon, I was leading the Grocery and Health & Personal Care categories at Cloudtail. I was leading a team of vendor managers and category managers to enable some of the largest FMCG organizations in India, to sell their brands, online. Before joining Cloudtail, I was leading Brand Building for two of India's largest detergent brands at HUL - Rin & Sunlight. I worked closely with Creative & Media Agencies along with cross functional teams within HUL like Finance, Customer Development & Supply Chain, to then translate our strategy into winning actions in the market. I've spent over 5 years in front end sales.
