Responsible for the operations, management, visual merchandising, sales performance, and profitability of the Store. Operational responsibilities include executing opening and closing routines, ensuring store maintenance and presentation standards, maintaining inventory control and loss prevention procedures, and hiring and supervising staff. This individual will be responsible for visual merchandising and product roll-outs and providing feedback to the retail buyers on merchandise selection and customer needs. I possess strong fashion sense, trend awareness, knowledge of our consumer, and a passionate appreciation of Brand and excellent interpersonal and leadership skills and proven individual results for outstanding sales and service. CORE RESPONSIBILITES: • Establish inventory allocation plans by category, identifying opportunities for growth and monitoring inventory turn and sales performance. Manage promotional / pricing activities to maximize sales and profitability. • Manage all daily retail operations, adhering to budgets and retail standards. • Provide great salesmanship and service to all customers who visit the Outlet, establish close relationships with loyal / repeat customers and continuously build our customer base. • Supervise part-time sales staff, ensuring great standards for sales, service, and presentation and providing developmental counseling as needed. • Provide a weekly store report, analyzing product performance to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities to grow sales. • Conduct seasonal product training seminars to educate staff about fit, fabrics, styles, and fashion trends. • Prepare for and manage all special outlet events including employee sales and sample sales.
