Currently serving for Sun Pharma limited Ankleshwar since, March '22. Before I was associted with Glenmark life sciences Limited for 3.5years. I also worked with Rallis India limited , Ankleshwar for 3 years. Dynamic and results oriented individual with 8 years of experience in Recruitment, Time Office, Training & development, PMS, MIS, Contract Labour ,Full and Final Settlement, SAP, Success factor etc.Handling of Talent Acquisition, Responsible for organizing and conducting an orientation which includes an introduction to the new employees coworker’s, expiation of all safety procedures and rules and regulations of the organization. Responsible for Recruitment activities, Pay roll, Statutory compliances, PMS, Full and Final Settlement , Exit Interview Procedure,contract labour , and factory liasoning work etc.

I Was worked with Rallis India ltd (TATA Enterprise)Ankleshwar unit as HRBP.Responsible for organizing and conducting an orientation which includes an introduction to the new employee's co-workers, explanation of all safety procedures and rules and regulations of the organization. Recruiting of workman as per the selection procedure specified ( such as site requirement as confirmed by management, background clearance, skills test & confirmation) Arranging Medical checkups camp for all the employees on a periodic basis as well as for the new incumbents. Responsible for Recruitment activities, pay roll ( compensation and benefits ), Training and development of Rallis India ltd (A TATA Enterprise) at Ankleshwar. Keep ears to the ground and reach out to all employees through communication with employees at regular intervals to gather insight @ workplace and feed them back appropriately to the management.
