I Was worked with Rallis India ltd (TATA Enterprise)Ankleshwar unit as HRBP.Responsible for organizing and conducting an orientation which includes an introduction to the new employee's co-workers, explanation of all safety procedures and rules and regulations of the organization. Recruiting of workman as per the selection procedure specified ( such as site requirement as confirmed by management, background clearance, skills test & confirmation) Arranging Medical checkups camp for all the employees on a periodic basis as well as for the new incumbents.
