Studied dynamics of MAPK and p53 pathway post DNA damage to assess inter-dependency of the pathways in cellular fate determination.* Discovered novel role of MAPK pathway in maintaining checkpoint fidelity during G2 to Mitosis transition.* FRET-based live cell assays, Optogenetics were among the novel assays developed for interrogating these pathways. Developed a number of stable cell lines utilizing both liposome and adenoviral mediated transfection techniques. Extensive live cell assays and confocal imaging undertaken.
