Roles & Responsibilities:- • Sourcing, screening, and shortlisting qualified candidates for different IT roles. • Shortlisting of candidates by interviewing them through assessments and their skills and ensuring the objective of their required role• Keep a regular follow up with active candidates to keep them warm until the position is locked in with the best resource available.• Collaborate with staff members and clients to understand what is required for specific technical role• Involved in end-to-end complete life cycle of the recruitment process such as understanding job description based on the job specification, source, screen, scheduling and coordinating interviews.

Roles & Responsibilities• Working with multiple MNC's in the process of recruitment for different profiles.• Shortlisting candidates from different job portals.• Screening resumes and applications, and conducting initial phone or video screenings.• Aligning and briefing the candidates for the different selection processes.• Providing information about the company and benefits during the screening process, and answering queries about compensation and benefits to the candidates• Managing the hiring process from start to finish.• Completing timely reports on employment activity, and giving the team and management frequent recruiting reports and assessments• Working closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs.
