Joined Livspace as part of the sales team My role included:- Attending to client briefing calls assigned on a daily basis.- Understanding the potential of each lead and converting the same into conformed sales.- Preparing and presenting sales pitches, making clients understand the concept of Livspace and using company assets like the experience centre and design tools to make sales.- Achieving monthly sales targets.- Independently handling converted leads which included giving design consultations to clients, placing orders, coordinating with the 3D visualisation and project management teams.- Client Management - being the single point of contact throughout the project, handling post sales snags and creating a positive experience for the client and the brand.Achievements:- Awarded for highest sales and excellence in client communication.- Business generated in excess of INR 10 million for the company- Developing training modellers for new joined on Costumer communication.- Part of the team involved in designing the company’s experience centre.
