Worked as a Business Analyst in the team Global Business Support (GBS) at Aptiv Connection System.Main tasks involved:• Business Side development of Planview Tool.• Interact with Project and Program Managers regularly to provide them with necessary data.• Monitor and improve data quality of tool.• Provide tool support and training.• Work with IT team developing the tool and testing it.Have received Spot Award for my involvement and performance in knowledge and development of tool.Have god knowledge in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint and have sufficient experience in using Pivot table, other formulas and also preparing presentation for the top management to view.Have sufficient knowledge in Planview tool where project are maintained and supported in the business side development and user support for Planview tool and to handle any queries regarding the Planview tool by interacting with the users (Project/Program Managers).I have also learned and improved on my soft skills like time management of activities, clearly having short-term and long term actions to complete assigned tasks and organizational skills. I learned how to resolve problems when arises by having a temporary fix and at the same time trying to find a permanent solution.
