Overall purchasing and cost estimating & budgeting activities across business. Developing & ongoing management of purchasing strategy & activity. Ensure the function is operating in line with the objectives of the business to add value, mitigate risk and deliver quality & cost savings.Managing relationships and negotiating with key suppliers at a senior and strategic level. Negotiate contract terms with key suppliers to ensure value for money, quality standards and delivery terms with technical and operational input from stakeholders if appropriate. Provide leadership, coordination and coaching to the team, enabling them to achieve the operational and financial metrics within their areas of responsibility and succeed in their roles. Work collaboratively, negotiate and engage with key stakeholders to facilitate delivery and compliance with the purchasing strategy. Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure optimal performance.Have been instrumental in developing three premium school project of 0.25 million Sq.ft. "Elpro International School (Formerly known as Global Indian International School), Elpro First Step and Elpro International School-Cambridge Wing".Have achieved on-time handing over of commercial project of 0.2 million Sq.ft., "One Elpro Park" ensuring cost saving & quality. Have over achieved target of cost savings & optimisation for Mall Project of 0.5 million Sq.ft. "Elpro City Square". Have successfully handled & handed over Multiple Sports Playground of 30,000 Sq.ft. to the school, "Elpro International School". Have successfully handled & handed over State of Art Auditorium of 8,000 Sq.ft. to the school, "Elpro International School".Oversee the operations of the school and commercial park. Have introduced cost saving initiatives and successfully implemented them which ensures cost optimisation.
