• Screening and sourcing candidates from different sources like Naukri.com, LinkedIn, Consultant and employee referrals.• Recruitment and On boarding of Personnel of all functions especially HR/ Sales/ Finance/ Credit/ Collections / Business like JLG, MSME, Affordable Housing & Support staff PAN India.• Additionally responsible for all critical/confidential hiring is of the organization.• Coordinating with the business on Manpower planning and budgeting of existing and new branches/ locations.• Documentation of shortlisted candidates, salary negotiation and offer generation.

• Sourcing through major tools like LinkedIn, Indeed, The ladders, Monster, references, advertisements, job portals, database etc to fill the budgeted vacancies.• Good knowledge about "Boolean Search" operators such as AND, OR, NOT.• Capable to do various types of searching such as X-ray search, Flip search, free search on Google and Google X-ray.
