• Role: Average Adjuster• Scope of work: o handling a wide range of maritime average adjusting claimso interpretation of policy terms and conditionso determination of liability under the policyo quantification of loss payable o preparation of statement of claims under different marine insurance forms for loss or damage to different types of shipso liaising with technical teams during assignments and interpreting their findings within the scope of the relevant law• Experience in handling Particular Average, Sue & Labour, Collision, Salvage and General Average Claims.• Qualified as an Associate Member of the Association of Average Adjusters UK in May, 2014 whilst balancing work and study.• Was invited to conduct a workshop on General Average on 19-04-2014 for the Shipping Professionals Network Mumbai.
