Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g., social platforms, job boards), networking, and industry events. Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates. Conduct phone, video, and in-person interviews. Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and team members. Facilitate the entire recruitment process, including extending job offers and negotiating terms. Maintain candidate databases and manage applicant tracking systems (ATS). Ensure compliance with all legal requirements and company policies throughout the recruitment process. Provide regular updates to hiring managers regarding recruiting activities and candidate status. Participate in job fairs and recruitment events to promote the organization and build a strong talent pipeline. Assist with onboarding new hires and conducting orientation sessions.
