As a seasoned veteran of the Indian Air Force, I bring extensive experience in the aerospace industry. I have held key roles in marketing, product development, manufacturing, business development, and sales of various aircraft and avionics products, unmanned systems, and life support systems. My expertise includes managing defense procurement, business partnerships, collaborations, and executing programs of national significance. I have been deeply involved in marketing and contract management for products and development programs such as LCA, ALH, LUH, Mig-29, and UAVs. Additionally, I have led strategic discussions with government entities, large corporations, and emerging startups on both national and global levels. My responsibilities also included bid responses for major aircraft programs related to Electronic Warfare, ISR operations, and Air Defense.In the realm of military UAV operations, I have over 14 years of experience, particularly with MALE class UAVs and sensor operations. I have accumulated over 2,000 flying hours in BVLOS environments across diverse terrains and operational conditions, showcasing my expertise in this field. My roles have ranged from Squadron Pilot and Sensor Operator to UAV Instructor, Examiner, and Commanding Officer of an IAF unit. Additionally, I have served as an instructor at the elite TACDE of IAF.Beyond the aerospace industry, I have a robust track record in leading state-level programs in the non-profit sector, focusing on education and health. As a State Lead in the School Leadership Development Program of the Piramal Foundation, I concentrated on Indian government schools in Uttarakhand and Rajasthan. In this role, I was instrumental in team development, leadership building, and operations management. Furthermore, I spearheaded development initiatives in 17 Aspirational Districts across Gujarat, Rajasthan, Uttarakhand, and Madhya Pradesh under the Aspirational District Transformation Program and the Aspirational Districts Collaborative of NITI Aayog, Government of India, with a particular emphasis on education and health.
