Spearheaded the post-acquisition product integration efforts. Managed a cross-functional team of 15 people from tech, content and product functions to rollout over 1000 assessments in three months. Conceptualized the assessment reporting framework for the combined AM-SHL journey.

In this stint of product management, I have interfaced with clients as well as with the internal technical teams to deliver several strategic projects. Some of these projects are listed below.- Worked on making Aspiring Minds assessments mobile friendly.- Revamped the reporting architecture and moved to web-view and mobile-view designs from PDF designs, with major focus on improving the UX elements.- Worked on writing technical manuals on different products.- Managed end-to-end product solutions for client projects based in the US, China and India.

My work involved design and development of high stake assessments used for hiring purposes across various sectors like IT, Banking, Finance, Retail, Hospitality, etc. It is fun to explore new areas and to build tests of different kinds, depending on the target audience and then to follow it up with statistical analysis to see item-wise and student-wise response trends in order to further fine-tune the assessments. Some of the key projects are listed below:- Building situational judgment tests for Sales and Customer Service- Career Counseling inventory based on the RIASEC model- Managed the product development of over 100 vocational assessments across 12 different sectors- Product managed the ideation and execution of contact center simulations and animated SJTs

Was responsible for building the content development team from scratch. Managed a team of 20+ content developers and reviewers. Rolled out high stake employability assessment solutions to Indian corporate clients.

My work involved proving the validity of AMCAT, the core assessment product of Aspiring Minds, to different corporate clients. Through rigorous statistical analysis, we show to our clients, how the test predicts on-job performance and can help them reduce their bad hires and increase the percentage of good hires.
