I love machines, taking them apart and assembling them. As a result, I did my Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering from Pune University and Masters in Design Engineering from Vishwakarma Institute of Technology.I am working in the field I am passionate about. I have hands-on experience in Product Development & Tool-Fixture Design. I have hands-on experience in development of P&ID controllers & Rotary Actuators. It includes performing structural calculations, FEA analysis, 3D modelling, drafting, product assembly and testing.My most significant achievement includes• Setting-up of R&D Laboratory which was used for technical training of Inside Sales team, GETs and customers as well. Activities such as Testing of existing of products for improvement and building new pneumatic circuits were regularly conducted at this laboratory.• Reducing cycle time of processing a Valve Automation order. This was possible by automating the process of creating Technical Offers accurately & creating check-lists.
