Finalization of packaging designs. Initiated and finalized the idea of QR Code on all Export Packaging.MIS - Preparation and issuance of Proforma Invoices to Buyers & Works Orders to the Production, Purchase and the Designing departments. Preparation of Quote sheets, Testing forms, Buyer wise / Country wise sales comparison reports, Price lists and various other MIS reports that are required from time to time by the departmental heads.Shipment Logistics – Coordinating with Shipping Lines & the CHA for smooth execution of the shipment.Realization of advance & outstanding payments.Attending overseas trade fairs.Involved in setting up of our new store in Yiwu City, China. Was stationed there for 2 months.
