 Client Relationship Management – Responsible for Sales turnover of 4 accounts. This involves timely responding to price enquiries, order coordination, shipment execution & payment realization. Production Coordination - Coordinating with the production team in respect to orders and shipments.  Shipment Logistics – Coordinating with the logistics department for smooth execution of the shipments. Preparation of Various MIS reports required by the Managing Director with respect to Customs Exports Data and Maintaining other Internal reports like Enquiry Register, Sample Register, Customer Profile, etc. Realization of advance & outstanding payments. Responsible for timely creation and launch of a new website for their subsidiary company.

Responsible for Sales Turnover for around 20 countries with a value of USD 7.90 Million in 2017-2018 and achievement of 97% of the target. Client Relationship Management - Interacting with buyers for new orders and new product development. Regularly and timely responding to buyer queries in respect to order revisions, shipments and other issues.Quality Inspection - Checking & approving the initial production samples (including packaging) before the orders are taken into mass production. Visiting the Manufacturing facilities and warehouse to check on the production status and quality at the time of execution of orders.Production & Packaging Coordination - Coordinating with the production team in respect to orders and shipments. Finalization of packaging designs. Initiated and finalized the idea of QR Code on all Export Packaging.MIS - Preparation and issuance of Proforma Invoices to Buyers & Works Orders to the Production, Purchase and the Designing departments. Preparation of Quote sheets, Testing forms, Buyer wise / Country wise sales comparison reports, Price lists and various other MIS reports that are required from time to time by the departmental heads.Shipment Logistics – Coordinating with Shipping Lines & the CHA for smooth execution of the shipment.Realization of advance & outstanding payments.Attending overseas trade fairs.Involved in setting up of our new store in Yiwu City, China. Was stationed there for 2 months.
