Responsible for entire front-office day to day operations, revenue & inventory management, training, guest relations, standard operating procedures, monthly reports, setting up the KRA’s to all levels in the department along with supervision of housekeeping operations as well. Actively involved in sales & marketing in the depth of planning, strategies, follow-up’s & sales call with team. Taking care of the on-line business in detail, future planning / strategies & implementation.

Managing & assisting Director Spa & involved in all aspects of planning, reviewing, administering & controlling all day to day operations of the spa to achieve maximum standards & skill competency leading to profits & maximum guest satisfaction. Also involved in the set-up of the spa & responsible for recruiting & training of the staff, taking care of sales & marketing & to ensure smooth & efficient running of the place.

Managing entire Front Office Operations / Reservations & reporting to General Manager. Responsible for planning & executing strategies & goals for Sales & Marketing to achieve the high occupancy levels while monitoring the business of competitor hotels. Formulating SOP’s & involved in recruiting / training of the staff to ensure all the procedures are followed to get the maximum quality output to deliver the best & efficient services to the guests. Assisting in House-keeping operations also to ensure the smooth functioning of the hotel & complete guest satisfaction.

Assisting Front Office Manager to plan & execute in detail all day to day front office operations taking along entire front office team. Also ensuring that all the set norms, systems & procedures are followed. Associating with Sales & Marketing Manager at the unit & all Sarovar Sales Offices to maximize all available opportunity to increase the hotel occupancy & revenue. Also responsible for all the aspects of reservations.
