Senior Finance Manager: (Reporting to Chairman, Managing Director & CFO – Finance, Tax, Law)Key Result Areas• Managing Nahar group’s portfolio and churning funds into different sectors through an array of instruments (Equity as well as Debt) as per desired goal and returns• TUF Operation checking the eligibility of TUF of the group with nationalized banks ( IDBI , SBI, SBOP, BANK OF ALLAHBAD , OBC etc) liaisons for term loan and fulfillment of compliances regarding RR TUFS, M TUFS , LIST I Case , List 2 Case, Expenditure Plan Utilization Certificate, Performa V and Annexure U. make sure company should get their capital as well as their interest subsidy on time and making coordination with Ministry of Textile and Banks for fulfillment of all TUFS formality. • Making all kind of compliance within Nahar group into BSE & NSE i.e Demerging of company, Rational for the scheme of Amalgamation, warrant conversion of equity, dematerialization of bond , Complying the clause of 40 A of the listing agreement regarding Minimum share holding pattern.• Handling Company’s working capital management and term loan schedule with different banks. As per their interest schedule, handling portfolio to generate returns in order to minimize the cost of leverage.• Managing labour court disputed matters and groups civil matters within jurisdiction of mumbai • Handling import export procedure of Entire group from Nhava Sheva Port, Air Cargo and Mulund and Mumbai new custom i.e.DEPB registration, Advance Licensing, Drawback from Custom, Resolving query of stuffing error, packing error and EGM error, Bank realization Certificate, import licensing, compliances with The Special Intelligence and Investigation Branch. • Actively involve into Monte carlo Offer for sale with investment bankers and parents investors and Merchant bankers. • Monitoring entire cotton county and Monte carol’s stock verification and stock valuation.• Daily accounting and audit of daily accounts.
