1. Develop Batch Unit Class Software on DeltaV for multiple Unit operations(Bioreactors, Chromatography, TFF etc) in a cGMP Clinical and Commercial Manufacturing Plant.2. Perform programming, design, installation and lifecycle management of manufacturing process controls and automation.3. Lead and support capital projects and help develop specification, engineering documents and standard operatingprocedures.4. Support new product/technology introductions by performing engineering assessments, implementing automation systemconfiguration changes and supporting engineering runs5. Lead technical root cause analysis and troubleshooting on process control issues arising during manufacturing.

Support the continuous process verification (CPV) campaign for both upstream and downstream unit operations in a GMP facility that manufactures an anti-IL5 monoclonal antibody used for the treatment of asthma.2.Analyze process data to ensure that critical process parameters and quality attributes are always within control limits.3. Conduct root cause analyses and conduct impact assessments with regards to process and protocol deviations.4. 􏰀 Write and review technical protocols and reports.

1. Evaluate PAT equipment specific to the processes at the site from different vendors.2. Evaluate different chemometric software for spectroscopic data analysis and building chemometric models with on line prediction capabilities.3. Perform feasibility experiments to evaluate Raman Spectroscopy and Near Infrared Spectroscopy (NIR) applications for online monitoring of particle size and monitoring residual solvents in bulk solution and solids during drying.4. Build chemometric models to help monitor the process online and predict the required parameters online based on the model.5. Perform experiments in conjunction with pharmaceutical process equipment manufacturers to optimize the sampling interfaces for PAT analyzers.
