Head of Product for Yoozoo, leading the development of its most successful products including Carrom Friends which went on to become the 2nd most popular sports game in the country.Responsibilities: 1) As part of the leadership team, was charged with coming up with business goals and metrics and plans to achieve those targets.2) Led the team of Product Managers and Game Designers to come up with product roadmap and game design for the games.3) Managed a team of 25+ which included game developers, game artists, QA to ensure timely delivery of products.4) Worked with the Marketing team to come up with marketing plans and decide budgets for spend to achieve the business metrics. 5) Worked closely with external development partners and HQ team to ensure timely delivery of products to meet the business targets.

Managing operations for PUBG and Arena of Valor (Honor of Kings) in India, Pakistan, Sri Lanka and Bangladesh. Responsibilites:1) Handling product management for the game to ensure that it met its business metrics and target revenue numbers.2) Responsibility to grow the user base of the game. Led the game during its hyper growth phase and achieved 8 million plus DAU, from India alone.3) Collaborating with the global product team and ensuring design implementations which suited the Indian subcontinent players. 4) Collaborating with partners to conduct Pan India E-Sports tournaments. Executed the first ever 10 million plus prize pool e-sports tournament, the biggest ever in India. 5) Part of the leadership team to decide on the business targets for the next financial year and devise a product roadmap to achieve that target.

Worked as Product Manager and Game Producer. Was in charge of leading the game design team to deliver the targets set for the games.Games worked upon: Real Steel World Robot Boxing, Real Steel Champions, Drones Shadow Strike, Real Steel.Responsibilities:1) Managing Production and Live Ops of games which resulted in downloads of over 150 millions and millions of dollars in revenue.2) Handling Product Management of the above mentioned games to ensure that business metrics are met.3) Leading the game design team of 4 game designers which took care of game designs for the above mentioned team. 4) Leading the production team of 45+ employees consisting of Game Developers, 2d & 3D Game Artists, Game Designer, Sound Designer and QA resources. 5) Strategy formulation with senior management. Involved in planning of production pipeline and resource management.

Working as a Game Producer and Game Designer in Smartcloud Infotech, handling the complete gaming division with more than 40 employees reporting directly.Games worked upon: Monkeez Island, Monkeez Runner, Zombies, Motley, Stick Gangsta, Jumping Monkeez, Uncertainity, Shake n Quake.
