Project: Orientation program with a focus on Colgate tooth brushes.The orientation program was directed towards gaining an overview of the functioning ofthe company and develops an understanding of how the business is conducted at the frontlevel of the company. The duration of the orientation program was two months during whichI was required to perform three stints namely, SSM stint, PSR stint and CDO stint. Themain objective of these stints was to gain knowledge about the working procedures andactivities carried out by these people.Projects aimed at finding out the gaps in the distribution of Colgate toothbrushes andsuggest a plan of action to improve the same.
