Promoted via Merit based Fast Track Channel and joined at an Administrative Office level role for Stressed Assets Targeted Resolution Action (SASTRA). Entrusted with important tasks related to MIS Data, E-Auction and OTS processing for the 63 branches under controlling area in the midst of amalgamation of UBI and OBC with PNB. Trained extensively for 36 weeks at PNB Central Staff College Delhi with stints of On the Job Training at Branch Offices in Delhi, Faridabad (Haryana), Kozhikode (Kerala), and Singrauli (MP). Secured second position in Knowledge Test of MT Batch 2017. Further worked as a Stressed Asset Management Vertical at a rural branch in Surendranagar District, Gujarat to monitor, analyze, plan and execute NPA recovery and management at the ground level. Successfully recovered INR 1 Crore via Upgradation and One Time Settlement for the Branch having NPA exposure of 5 Crore from April 2018 to June 2019.

Joined in the midst of Demonetization process, quickly learned about banking activities and CBS operations. Ensured working tirelessly to attain maximum customer satisfaction and clear non financial service requests pendency. Achieved 1st position in region and 2nd in All India for my Branch Office in Last Mile Campaign by Bank for building awareness (about GOI backed SSY scheme for the benefit of girl child, a part of the Beti Bachao, Beti Padhao Yojana) and opening accounts.
