Supported the ExxonMobil Chemical Singapore Brownfield projects as a Project Engineer and my responsibilities were:- Scheduling and Resource planning for certain Brownfield projects at ExxonMobil Chemicals, Singapore- Liaising with the EM project team on progress updates and with ES3 for technical clarification - Participate in PSSR of the completed facility before handover.- Ensure the Project documentation is complete and handed over per project deliverables. - Optimization of NDE resource utilization and performing Gap analysis for welding defects and underperforming welders resulted in the reduction of overall weld defects and improved productivity.
