As a Manager Law at Bank of Baroda, one of India's leading public sector banks, I provide legal support to various business units and help mitigate legal risks. I have transformed the legal division as a strategic business partner, enabling the bank to drive its business hassle-free.With over Eight years of experience in the banking sector, I have successfully managed document reviews, credit documentations, SLA agreements, and litigation against the bank. I have also worked as a Law Officer in one of the largest NPA Management Branch of the bank, where I single-handedly managed the NPA portfolio of Rs. 12,000 crore and recovered Rs. 1,000 crore during branch’s tenure. I have dealt with complex cases involving major infrastructure companies, power generators, regulators, PPP, and HAM projects. I hold a Master of Laws degree in Banking and Corporate Finance from Maharaja Ganga Singh University, where I acquired in-depth knowledge of the legal aspects of banking and finance.
