Also, Tender feasibilities and scenario analysis. 3. Working Capital Optimisation for businesses to ensure generation of cash and working capital requirements and strengthen cash flow predictability 4.Strategic Planning : Preparing & managing the strategic 5 year financial modelling and annual target-setting processes. 6. MIS - Variance Analysis – production, sales, model mix, variable costs, fixed costs, working capital movement. - Monthly Cash Flow monitoring-Batch wise product Costing
