Responsible for owning and managing IT Infrastructure projects.Managing large scale IT Infrastructure planning, designing & implementation projects.End to End project management from initiation to closure.Scope/requirements definition, Analysis of business problems/needs.Obtaining the required resources and coordinating all aspects of the project implementation.Sound knowledge of AV systems and experience in design and implementation of AV technology in Board Room, War Rooms, Meeting Room, VC room, Auditoriums etc.Expertise in Product evaluation and implementation.Good at commercial valuation and negotiation with OEM's.Provide Program manager the support to control and monitor project expenditures.Full life cycle implementation, Quality-assurance, strategy/process, Internal and external client/customer service and support.Process change/improvement, Needs analysis, Tactical/strategic planning, Quality risk, Critical thinking, Change management, Technology integration, Conflict management, Problem solving, Decision making, Mentoring team members.
