• Source raw materials and packaging based on quality, cost, and availability.Raw material procurement – Cenosphere, Drilling Fluids & Speciality chemicals• Monitor supplier approval process and maintain performance records.• Place orders, generate PO’s from Purchase software system and confirm PO’s for resale products, packaging, raw materials and equipment. Select and schedule freight carriers based on delivery date and price.• Monitor and maintain appropriate inventory levels of raw materials, packaging, finished goods, resale and equipment.• Order and maintain inventory for warehouse supplies.• Post inventory adjustments, review lot number issues, and work with accounting to resolve discrepancies in systems.• Review MRP daily. Work with Scheduling Foreman to ensure materials arrive in time to meet production demand and production schedule.• Oversee purchasing department and Buyer. Implement procedures and policies for department.• Expertise to handle End to End export shipments like starting from planning, executions, documentation, dispatches, custom clearance and post shipment activities.• Communicate with suppliers to ensure required documentation is received including Safety Data Sheets, Certificates of Analysis, and Certificates of Origin.• Reconcile weekly cycle counts and annual physical inventory. Analyze variances for root cause.• Provide timely and accurate cost data and reporting to leadership, sales and accounting. Reconcile reports with accounting when issues arise.• Maintain supplier ISO performance files and Non-conforming materials logs.• Answer phones and other duties as assigned.

• Preparing RFP Documents in line with Process Data Sheet for Solar Panels, Inverters & Other Equipment.• Identifying New Vendors for Equipment Purchase• Preparing Comparative Statement of Quotes (CSQ) and highlighting deviations in Technical Specifications as per Australian standards.• Preparing FAQ for Vendor Queries• Interacting with Vendors for PO/MOU Negotiations (Excluding Commercials) and Validating all Documents received.• Maintain stock as per various warehouses in ERP, Vendor management.• Work with Vendors for expediting the Input Receiving Process required to complete Engineering / Installation.• Should have familiarity with Codes, Standards and Practices followed internationally - such as ASME, ASTM, API, BS & IS• Project Management, Interface Management, Planning, Scheduling & Monitoring of the overall Procurement Process• Preparing Progress Report and Procurement Status Report for management reviews, while highlighting delays or discrepancies in a timely manner• Participating in review meetings with Clients periodically.

• Receiving purchase request from planning against sales order. We are discussion with costing & engineering team to purchasing Coffee machine items from vendor.• To further procure round section steel tube, solid section round steel, sheet steel, square section steel tube and square section aluminium tube. To sort out the Drawing issues for vendor, analysing requirements and negotiating with the supplier best possible supply terms and pricing.• To expediting material from the vendor on the committed dateDirecting the sub-ordinates to raise purchase orders on the name of the vendors. • Monitoring the prompt receipt of material and their conformance with the quality parameters.• Reviewed suppliers for quality, cost, and responsiveness, making changes where necessary to create a more streamlined process for the company.Vendor management• Developing an alternate supplier base to leverage better pricing & quality.Regularly visit to vendor place & arrange the meeting with vendor for explain of future view and maintain good relationship with vendor.• Receiving feedback from the vendor on a periodical basis.• Resolving supplier issues within agreed timelines.• Coordinating with finance team in getting the payment done for the respective vendors.
