My Mission:My goal is to help work towards a world, where overall health, well-being, and quality of life are better for everyone. By removing systems of oppression and empowering disenfranchised communities, I hope to impact the lives of those who need it the most, while trying to make this planet a better place for future generations. I have chosen to devote my life to ensuring that the world is a better place for everyone.Me:I started my higher education by pursuing a degree in Athletic Training, as sports were always an integral part of my life. However, after consideration, I decided to change paths. I am a recent graduate from Ithaca College where I obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Science in Public and Community Health with a Minor in Exercise Science. I have multiple passions and hobbies that I would like to implement into my life while pursuing a career in Public Health; I aim to work in either environmental health, global health, or epidemiology while also pursuing my interest in music and media. Currently, I would like to work in grassroots levels NGOs to gain experience in the field and to gain exposure. I eventually plan to pursue a master's degree in Public Health while also looking into potential teaching opportunities moving forward.
