My major responsibilities are to manage projects, coordinate teams and carry out the live business for company. This involves Team lead tasks, Budget planning, technical architecture know-how, Data migration responsibilities.I have also experience in pre-sales activities on test projects and implementing technical test solutions using HP and IBM tools. My expertise is on performance test planning, modelling, and engineering.In parallel, I am involved in taking decisions and conducting trainings to enhance team’s skill levels in regular interval time frames across Germany.In my earlier career phase, I acquired development experience by maintaining J2EE applications, java enterprise coding, implementing business technology solutions and coordinating offshore/onshore project development activities.As a technical consultant, I find my earlier development experience as a huge value addition in all aspects of my day-to-day tasks.
