And, a major factor in this was the employees' own physical & mental well-being. Thus, the focus on corporate & social behavior, communication skills, managing corporate stress, etc.Assisting Sabira Merchant (till date) only strengthened the work ethics & etiquette he picked up from various TTT certifications. A variety of interests lead to certifications in Event Management as well as in Travel & Tourism.Registering his own training company (SHUDDHI - enriching the mind, body & soul) has been a dream come true for Siddhartha.
