Give  judgement on complaints lodged by various customers of the Bank which has been rejected from the part of the bank after making proper study of the facts and the bank's records, comments, and clarifications. Recomending actions on the part of the bank to address these complaints by way of change in policy and process.

aS Head Retail Liabilities and subsequently Advisor have led the CASA team to take the Bank in the Number one position in Savings Growth , CASA Deposit and CASA Ratio growth amongst peer PSU Banks.As Head of Core Liability Sales team , have helped to create 2 WORLD RECORDS ( For MAX BUPA -and for TATA AIG -) . in the area of Insurance Sales , As Head of Core Liability Sales team , have helped to create 4 Internal Records in the field of Credit Card Sales ( BOB Financials)

For a brief period was in charge of MSME, RETAIL ADVANCES and AGRICULTURE Portfolio. Also was conntrolling the different RSETI training centers all across India .

When I assumed charged of the zone in May, 2016, the overall ranking of the Zone in all parameters (STAR Ranking) amongst all the Zones in India was 18th. Was able to lift the ranking to 3rd by 31st March, 2017 and 1ST Ranking. by July, 2017.Also succeeded in retaining the !st ranking for a record marathon period of 9 months i.e. consecutive period from July 2017 to March 2018, thus creating an all time record in the Bank MOU TARGETS Bank had entered Memorandum of Undertaking with RBI for various parameters . For Durg Zone , could successfully achieved the following MOU Targets:i. Achieved MOU Target for the zone in Saving Deposits.ii. Achieved MOU Target for the zone in Retail Term Deposits.iii. Achieved MOU Target for the zone in Aggregate Deposits.iv. Achieved MOU Target for the zone in Gross Advances. v. Achieved MOU Target for the zone in Business Mix. vi. Achieved Target in MUDRA for the Zone (117 % Achievement)vii. Achieved NPA Up gradation Target for the Zone for 2017-18.viii. Achieved Cash Recovery Target for the Zone for 2017-18LIC BUSINESSAchieved BIMA ZONE in LIC Business. (BIMA Bank in 10 branches- 202 policies). All India Position - 3rd. FINANCIAL LITERACY :Reached out to the financially underprivileged in the remotest areas of Chhattisgarh and thereby inculcated in them the habit of saving by:1) Organizing Financial Literacy Camps.2) Providing training and financial assistance amongst deserving thereby helping them get gainful employment and making them self-reliant. Being a Zonal Head, my endeavor was to bring out the best in my Zone and make it the most performing Zone in India which I was able to accomplish.

: i. In the year 2015-16: was able to mobilize fresh proposals worth Rs.4,924 crores out of which ‘A’ rated proposals amounted to Rs.3,279 crores.ii. In the year 2014-15: Further mobilized fresh proposals worth Rs.6,157 crores out of which ‘A’ rated proposals amounted to Rs.4,896 crores.

As Head of Treasury , augmenting Domestic Treasury Profit from 68 crores as on 31-3-2012 to Rs.157 crores as on 31-3-2013 and to Rs.284.64 crores as on 31-3-2014 (Growth of 318.59%).

Was Branch Head of Santacruz Branch , Mumbai for one and half year , Business of the Branch was stagnant . Was able to increase the business of te branch from Rs.200 crores to Rs.500 crores and was able to add 700 new customers. Other achievements :1. Current deposit increased from Rs.7.60 crores to Rs.13.57 crores (79% increase)2. Saving Deposit increased from Rs.47.27 crores to Rs.60.00 crores (27% increase)3. Advances increased from Rs.63.73 crores to Rs.91.51 crores (44% increase)4. Priority Sector Advances increased from Rs.26.09 crores to Rs.47.47 crores (82% increase)5. SME Advances increased from Rs.27.05 crores to Rs.42.02 crores (55% increase)6. New credit proposals sanctioned 38 in one year (excluding Loan against deposit)7. Branch achieved the status of BIMA BANK8. No overdue proposals
