~ Interact with over 150 QSR owners/managers and food caterers to understand key challenges faced by them in sourcing fresh ingredients for their businesses. ~ Converted key data insights from customer interactions into smooth digital product experiences that solves sourcing needs for food service businesses reliably and fast. ~ Part of the core team that launched a first of it's kind digital product experience for enterprise food brands of Assam.

~ Carried out product and business oriented customer research through surveys, interviews and create priority based product development sprints.~ Designed project roadmap planning and co-ordinate teams while maintaining project deadlines.

Under the aegis of Agritech project "CRP-Precision farming tools" funded by ICAR-CPCRI, I have worked on:~ Developing project deliverables and concepts, maintaining optimal operational workflow for custom hiring of precision agricultural tools from the newly developed Custom Hiring Centre (CHC).~ Carrying out operational and budgetary planning for the CHC, designing extension strategies and enhanced sensitization/awareness amongst farmers through product demos and user interaction feedback.
