I am passionate about Technology Program Management, Lean Product Development, Business Transformation and fostering high performance teams through coaching. I am most excited about solving problems & learning through new experiences. On the professional front – I have experience working on technology platforms/ products (Software, Hardware, Data & Analytics) at Hi-Tech, FinTech and IT industries in various capacities. I am currently heading the Technology Program Management responsible for executing strategic initiatives across Technology Horizontals - Data Analytics, Platforms, DevSecOps and Business/ Product Verticals - Razorpay Experience and Neobanking. As a Strategic leader, I am also leading key initiatives such as the AI Initiatives Charter, Data Democratization - Self Serve BI and Salesforce CRM Data Integration across the Organization.Previously, I led the Technology Program Management function at Herbalife and led the strategic program portfolio including Enterprise-wise Technology, Horizontal Change and Business Excellence initiatives. I was also a member of the India Leadership driving Site Strategy, Supplier Partnerships and Processes/ Operations. Before the stint with Herbalife, I worked at Honeywell Aerospace as a Global leader driving Engineering Capital Programs/ Projects Portfolio across 3 R&D sites – India, China and Czech. I have also led a 150+ team successfully through a Change Management / Lean Operating System journey.Prior to that, I had an opportunity to set up the department operations at a new site and led complex Aerospace engineering initiatives including the bids & delivery for East4East initiatives.I worked closely with Executive leaders in all my stints. I love getting into details and strive for brevity & clarity of thought in everything I do.On the education & personal front –I am a gold medalist, awarded for the academic excellence in MBA, from IIM Bangalore. I have also completed by Masters in Economics and Bachelors in Engineering. Over the years, I have also gained exposure and knowledge on Six Sigma, Lean, Agile and Design thinking.I love traveling & experiencing new cultures, and I believe in making a life by what we give and am involved in various service/ volunteering initiatives.I can confidently say that all the learnings through the knowing and doing ultimately led me to be a better being (self)!
