Working on demurrage receivables: negotiated demurrage claims successfully with Oil & Petrochemical Majors from different geographies- Europe, USA, Middle East, Far East & South East Asia. (On an average 400 receivable claims per year). Expediting receivables to balance out payables Ascertaining error-free implementation of Voyage & Time Charter Parties along with Sales contracts with effective scheduling & deliveries; liaising with Ports & Terminals, Refinery & Business Groups, external agencies (Overseas Customers, Brokers, Marine agencies, Surveyor, P&I & so on) for efficient and cost-effective supply chain implementation Managing claims & compliance; negotiating, demurrages & claims settlements (owners & receivers) with incoterm as CFR as well as FOB shipments; leading demurrage claims management & negotiation with owners & receivers (ensure revenues recovered). Liaising with international P & I clubs along with Reliance legal team in settling Q&Q claims with receivers & vessel owners on multiple occasions.
