Over 20+ years of experience working as a business analyst, 15 as a Scrum Master, with the ability to understand business needs, both implicit and explicit, helping cohesive teams deliver lean, standardized, scalable and efficient solutions, in an Agile, inclusive, with end user/customer as the focus.Very savvy and quick with picking up on Domain Knowledge if the company has the right resources, employees or other archived Knowledge resources, but even otherwise the best way to get the most out of me is to put me in the design and requirements meeting from day one, then supplement it with access to the data and existing solutions that the team has currently at its disposal.Will suggest, get buy-in from stake holders and take lead in implementing Process Change and Processes where needed, and periodically provide stats to substantiate change, while willing to learn and unlearn as needed.Well versed in Agile methodology, while keeping the elements of Waterfall model where needed - quality, testing, especially when mandated and required by law and for audit. Can produce clear user stories, with defined acceptance criteria, can host all Agile Sprint rituals and love running sessions with Product Owners, Dev Team and Testing team and am clearly able to hold each accountable for their part.Migration and stabilization projects are as exciting to me as new technology projects. In fact, most of my early work was in App Support and Large scale data migration projects.This love for data stayed on into my most recent Data Architecture and Reporting roles: working with data, ensuring its integrity, working with teams to understand the value each data element has and how best to represent it in aggregate and in exceptions to help management drive needed change, while also offering granular, on the ground reports to the work force in the field so that they can better perform their jobs and tackle issues before they get aggregated and featured in exception reports.Overall I see my role as helping improve Processes, transform and enrich Data and tie it all and present them as story elements using the tools on hand, be they simple SQL Result sets, age old Excel Spreadsheets, or the latest tools like Power BI.
