Designed solutions for ICICI Prudential, DHFL Pramerica, iFast, Spicejet Airlines(On-Site), Typoday 2018, All Time Plastics, WhiteSeed - Home Automation, Ingenium Advisory etc.- IFast Financial is one of Asia’s largest wealth management fintech platforms. Designing the platform for advisors and investors involved a 2-3 month long Intensive research work with financial advisors to understand their systems and processes along with the pain points and then wire-framing and testing a digital product to meet their needs while making it highly usable and accessible. The focus was to build trust and credibility to satisfy both old and new customers. The research was followed by designing the Information Architecture and High Fidelity wireframes to test before going into the UI process.- Spicejet is the third largest airlines in the domestic skies, I closely worked with the product managers and the development team on multiple systems to make the customer experience match international competitors and solve complex problems faced daily by the crew, pilots, customers and employees for 300+ daily flights to 50+ destinations. The solutions involved an application to help the customers and crew identify and deliver missing baggage to their owners, maintain food inventory for each flight, crew/roster management and tracking flights to name a few. It involved a robust solution architecture, product innovation and an iterative process. (On-site)Whiteseed - Home Automation is a Mumbai based automation company. The project to build a completely automated smart home system involved a fun yet extensive research to explore all possibilities and edge use cases to make sure customers feel secure as the app would be used multiple times on a daily basis. Beautiful micro interactions were introduced to glorify each process from turning the lights on, set alarms, locking the house along with remote guest access capabilities

For the first phase, we built a system that allowed the company to easily track it’s mobile retail outlets across the city, maintain a healthy inventory, extend distribution channels and help the outlets interact with each other while maintaining their personal accounts which included a wallet and tap to talk feature for seamless communication.The second phase involved gathering data, generating analytics and building a platform for the retailers to help the master kitchen in minimising the operation and raw material costs and effort which turned out to be a success. Major problem faced was the language barrier and unfamiliarity of the employees with digital applications. Hence, the product evolved keeping these limitations in mind and a Hindi translation was rolled out with graphics to denote the purpose of the textual data.
